Guidelines

Be sure to read and agree to my terms of service on this page before placing an order

✧ Payment ✧

  • I accept payment in USD via Paypal

  • I will start working on the commission once I have received the full payment

  • 50% upfront payment is only available for large batch of VN Sprite type

  • Refunds are not available once I have started working on the artwork

✧ Pricing ✧

  • The prices listed here are the base price for each character. The price might change depends on the additional details

  • Additional cost might be charged for additional weapons, armors, background, etc

  • Additional cost will be charged for NSFW commission

✧ Progress ✧

  • Works would be finished within 1~4 weeks depends on the type of commission (I will notify you on the first day I start working on the piece)

  • As doing commission is not my main job, the duration might change depends on my IRL situation and the queue list

  • If you have a specific deadline (for gifts etc.) or want a rushed commission, let me know ahead so we can discuss it

✧ Usage and Publication ✧

  • The commissioned art is for personal use only, you may post my artwork on your social media or use it for banner/icon. Please contact me for commercial use

  • I own all rights to my artwork to post the commissioned art on social media for portfolio purpose

  • If you don't want the artwork to be published or want the artwork to be published after a certain date, please let me know

✧ Process ✧

1. Fill out the form below, and I will add you to the queue list
2. Once accepted, I will contact you within 48 hours through your preferred platform and after the confirmation, I will the invoice through paypal.
3. I will start sketching once the payment has been paid, then send you the preview. You can request for some revisions here.
3. Once the sketch is approved, I will start lining and show you another preview once finished, you may also request for some revisions.
4. I will start coloring the piece if there's no other revisions.
5. I will show you the final preview and you can request for minor revision like colors and the background (if it's the simple one)
6. I will send you the final piece through email or your preferred platform.
